    Job Description
    The Staff Accountant will provide support to the accounting department by managing various accounting tasks, including Invoicing, preparing financial statements, assisting with budgets, monitoring accounts payable and accounts receivable. The Accountant will oversee payroll processes and assist in tracking information pertaining to company assets and income. This position will also require working with the Maintenance department for job scheduling on fixed assets and maintenance repairs. The Accountant will help ensure that accounting processes used within the Company meet state and federal regulations. This position will assist in identifying and preventing discrepancies and helping setup control system.

    Job Description
    The Winder Supervisor manages The Winding Department to ensure that all necessary job tasks are completed in accordance with specifications and deadlines. This role will lead by example with safety and quality mindedness and drive personnel to improve overall job profit. The Supervisor will use management and communication skills to maintain morale and improve floor efficiency; reduce production costs related to materials and labor. The Supervisor will identify high-potential and under-performing employees and recommend actions to improve their performance and consult with the Foreman and Human Resources.

    Job Description
    The Foreman must have extensive knowledge of AC and DC electric motor and generator repair; knowledge of balancing, machining, winding electric motors, disassembly, assembly processes, procedures and policies. The Foremen will oversee the Lead Mechanics and responsible for floor personnel. He or she will inform the Production Manager of operational problems, bottlenecks and inefficiencies.
