We developed the Bradleys’ Enterprise Process Control (BEPC) software system to control our repair processes, improve communication within the company and mitigate human failure. Our Reliability and Production Teams work side by side to manage; analyze, and ‘close the loop’ with a proactive, fully functioning correction action program. We are continually analyzing and improving our processes to optimize efficiency and performance. Communication is the most difficult to maintain, and most important to our customers when their equipment is down, so we trained project coordinators to oversee your job and keep you in the loop. You may also monitor your electric motor’s progress through the repair process in real time, using Bradleys’ Customer Portal, which also gives you the ability to print an invoice, purchase new motors, access Motor Repair Reports, Test Results and other valuable data 24/7, 365 days a year.
