Vibration Analysis Overview
The portable route-based device is an instrument used for collecting vibration data on rotating machinery. This device, the CSI-2130, reduces collection time by more than 50 percent compared with similar devices. This allows us to determine early on, the severity of the stress level of bearing or gear wear. The information is then recorded from each machine and uploaded on the software. This provides quick recognition of change in the vibration pattern as an indicator of deterioration. Corrective actions are then taken.
