Bradleys’ CNC Facility has the largest part machining and manufacturing capacity south of Dallas, TX. Our Horizontal mill can lift up to 10,000lbs, turn it upside down and cut or drill the item in its grip, with CNC accuracy, repeatability, and time efficiency. Bradleys offers a full array of CNC services from forming and milling to routing and turning, on many material types and varying thicknesses.

With Bradleys’ lathes, virtually any part for your motor can be manufactured, from motor shafts to 42” diameter end bells. This saves much time in the repair process of your motor.

Bradleys’ Sheffield RS -150 Coordinate Measuring Machine determines the accuracy of our work to 10,000 thousands of a inch accuracy. This meets DOD Standards of accuracy in millions of points.

Bradleys’ onsite engineering staff includes degreed Mechanical, Manufacturing and Electrical disciplines. 3D Modeling enables us to validate, inspect and analyze each design BEFORE it is produced. Our engineering and manufacturing staff uses SolidWorks software in Design and MasterCam in Manufacturing to design prototype and “one-offs” with expert precision.
