13KV Rewind Overview
An electric motor rewind process at Bradleys' begins with a thorough assessment. This intial inspection is to determine the condition of the motor. Measurements are taken of the motor to ensure proper fitment of the new electric motor coils and to document accurate sizing. We target accurate current to avoid pre-mature motor failure caused by too much current or other negative issues caused by too little current. Our experienced technicians will then begin disassemmbly and the process for rewinding.
